Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping fees and delivery times?

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

  • Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

  • Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).

  • The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.

  • Deliveries outside of Canada are subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Grandmaster Kicks does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

What if I change my mind?

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and stickers included)

To qualify for an exchange:

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Have an account?

Login and head over to your account and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

We’ve got your back. For one year from the date of purchase, we’ll exchange your cover if any damage to the material or the workmanship occurs. Just contact us and we’ll work together to find a resolution.

We’re confident in the quality of our phone covers. The warranty does not cover lost items, damage that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any obvious modification to your product.
